Shreya serves as TEDCO’s Development & Marketing Intern, taking advantage of her extensive leadership experience to pave the way for her to collaborate with the Development and Marketing team, as well as complete the various tasks assigned.
Her journey alongside TEDCO began with her role as one of the five Girl Scouts of Central Maryland Shadow Girls for 2024. She had the chance to shadow the Chief of Development & Marketing Officer, Tammi Thomas, and found a sense of community, genuineness, and innovation here at TEDCO. Shreya shared her experiences at the Annual Distinguished Women’s Awards Celebration held at The Center Club in Baltimore, Maryland.
As a freshman in high school, she presented her emotional speech in front of 200 attendees, parents, and GSCM staff before Ms. Thomas was named a 2024 Distinguished Woman. Inspired by what she learned, she hopes to continue to nurture her relationship with both TEDCO and her mentor throughout the future.
